Las Vegas Could Be Transitioning To A Buyer's Market

Las Vegas research consultant Jack McCabe says that the Las Vegas and Miami markets are two of the hottest markets in todays real estate market. According to McCabe Las Vegas home prices are soaring but the homes are still moving.

Like McCabe, many analysts are concerned about the rising prices with a surplus of new Las Vegas condos and homes sitting on the market. Las Vegas experts say that they anticipate a change to a buyer's market in the upcoming months.

If that is in fact true, many sellers will have to reconsider the outrageous price tags they have placed on their homes. Stats show that the Las Vegas market is starting to slow down and with a surplus of homes and condos, sellers are going to have to make a change if they want to sell.
