Is the Las Vegas real estate market getting ready to explode? That is the question that is on everyones mind. Las Vegas experts are saying that things are looking good for existing homes that are located in and around Las Vegas.

Morgtage interest rates are hitting all time lows which is causing rumors of a housing bubble to be thrown out the window. Predictions are in for local real estate to produce record breaking numbers.

Time will tell, but it's looking as though things are moving along at a healthy speed for those looking to buy and sell Las Vegas real estate.
