The report released by the OFHEO does not show that Las Vegas home prices are dropping; it just shows that the growth of the Las Vegas real estate market has slowed on average.

According to the report housing in the second quarter this time last year were 10% more valuable than the same time this year.

So now local experts are concerned about the future.

For real estate investors this is a rising concern; however the same cannot be said for people interested in purchasing local homes.
