Spiraling Land Costs Are Having An Impact On Las Vegas Economy

Real estate prices in Vegas are rising and it's having an effect on the economy and everyone living in it.

Clark County School District was promising its new teachers that they would be able to purchase homes in just a few years.

With property prices spiraling out of control however, George Ann Rice, associate superintendent of human resources, has informed the school board of the slogan they should be trying to sell to their teachers, "We will help you find a roommate."
