Shortage Of Las Vegas Apartments

According to some local real estate experts the Las Vegas condos craze seems to be slowing down.

According to housing experts, the past two years has shown numerous apartment buildings transformed into Las Vegas condos and left Las Vegas with a shortage of apartments.

Some say they can handle the shortage of apartments, others say with increasing land prices, increasing interest rates, and increasing rent rates, which the Las Vegas bubble will have to burst soon because the economy will not support itself.
