Real Estate Investors Paying For Their Actions During The Real Estate Boom In Las Vegas

According to the latest polls released, local real estate looks like one of the biggest gambles in Las Vegas.

According to reports local investors propelled the market to where it is at because they were buying up property during the recent real estate boom. Because of that endless push, prices were increased 137% from 2000.

60% of home buyers took out high risk loans to purchase homes. They are paying only interest each month according to LoanPerformance. Also local condo sales are up 67% from this time last year.
