NAR Reports

NAR released a report this month that showed that foreclosures across America were up 17% from this time last year.

It also showed that compared with earlier months in 2006, it appears that the rate is showing a slight decrease.

This is good news for Las Vegas lenders because as it is Nevada is in the top five highest percentage States of foreclosures. Included with Nevada are Colorado, Georgia, Texas, California, and Florida.
