Las Vegas Condos VS Las Vegas Residents

Las Vegas condo projects are going up like there's no tomorrow.

There are many projects that have not begun construction and many are nearing their opening dates. There have been many problems with downtown residents who have fears that their homes will soon be surrounded by nothing but condos.

The Las Vegas City Council is doing their best to level the playing field, but many local real estate experts are saying that the condos will win the game.
