The demand for apartments in Las Vegas is rapidly increasing. However when you look at the construction going on in Las Vegas, none of it is for apartments. Las Vegas developers say that the reason for this is spiraling construction costs.
According to local real estate developers the cost of building apartment complexes have rose more than 40% in the past 2 years.
All these increases and we haven't included rising land costs. In an economy that is bolstering with Las Vegas condos and outrageously priced Las Vegas homes, residents living in Vegas are trying to figure out what the future will bring for them in Las Vegas.
