Market Continues To Move Forward; Is There A Need To Be Concerned?

2005 has been a freakishly successful year for those dealing in Las Vegas real estate. Local homes have continued to sell despite many things that analyst thought would have a negative effect on the local real estate market.

For instance, there has been a barrage of hurricanes striking coastal cities on the east coast of the United States. Despite this reports from NAR show that the housing market has continued to move forward.

Las Vegas real estate analysts say that while they are ecstatic about the success of the market, they are concerned for when it starts to slow. There has been a surplus of Las Vegas condos hit the market and new homes sales are soaring. Only time will tell where the Vegas market is headed.
