Las Vegas real estate is well on its way. This year is said to be a record breaking year according to analysts who are in the know. Reports show that Las Vegas home prices are stable and will continue as long as home builders maintain a healthy inventory on new homes.
Some Las Vegas analysts are baffled at the unusual pace that the Las Vegas market is moving this time of year. Others say that this is to be expected with much more to come.
This is attributed by the number of new condos that have and are scheduled for completion on the Las Vegas strip early this year.
Add to that the number of new communities that are being developed and the real estate market looks primed to have a banner year.
