There is plenty of celebrating going on among local real estate developers. Many Las Vegas condo builders have met their completion dates and some have even finished ahead of schedule. This year the market has been not only surpassing previously anticipated numbers, it's setting records that haven't been touched for a long time.

Many developers are excited about the future of Las Vegas. There are more plans for Las Vegas and its surrounding communities coming to light every day.

Plans like the Town Center in Summerlin. Developers have already started plans to develop new condos on a 300 acre parcel of land that will be surrounded by commercial real estate and the Town Center itself. Things are looking good in Vegas.
