Las Vegas real estate is moving at record pace. This year analysts are predicting that the local real estate market will break records. The market for newly constructed condos is at rapid speed with more condo projects nearing their completion dates daily.

Add to that the number of new Las Vegas home projects that are scheduled to be completed in 2005. This is looking like it's going to be a great year for those of us living and working in Fabulous Las Vegas.
